Elliott Siebers joins privacy and data security practice at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz

Former Chief, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Section, New Jersey Attorney General’s Office joins Frankfurt Kurnit’s New York office.
A talented privacy lawyer and prosecutor, Mr. Siebers has handled high profile matters involving violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the Computer Related Offenses Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and other privacy and data security laws.
