Dave Seiler Appointed President and CEO of First Business Financial Services

Dave Seiler ’88, MS’92 was named president and CEO of First Business Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: FBIZ), parent company of First Business Bank. Seiler joined the Madison-based organization in 2016 and most recently served as president and COO, bringing more than 30 years of financial services experience to the role, including prior leadership at BMO Harris Bank. He succeeds Corey Chambas, who retired May 2, 2026, after 32 years with the company, including two decades as its chief executive. Together, their leadership earned First Business Financial Services, Inc., a spot on Forbes’ 2026 America’s Best Banks list, ranking among the 100 strongest banks in the nation, and five Piper Sandler Sm-All Star recognitions. First Business Bank also holds a 97% client satisfaction rating and a Net Promoter Score more than three times the banking industry average.
