Marissa Blomstrom ’04’s Biggest Mission

After years working in marketing, I never imagined my biggest mission would be fighting to save my son’s life. My toddler, Everett, has an ultra-rare HK1 neurodevelopmental genetic condition, with fewer than 50 known cases worldwide and a heartbreakingly high mortality rate. We would be grateful for the support of the Badger community as we work to give Everett a brighter future.
