von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced the promotion of Attorney Adam R. Finkel and Attorney Ryan T. Siehr to Shareholders of the firm.
Ryan T. Siehr is the chair of the Health Information Privacy and Security Section. He advises hospitals, multi-institutional health care systems, physician groups and specialty providers regarding transactional health care related matters including negotiating technology-related agreements.
Siehr is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. In 2019, he was recognized by The National Law Review as a “Go-To Thought Leader” for his articles on OIG actions and other healthcare industry investigations. Siehr received a J.D. and B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin. He resides in Mequon.
