Ross Marquardt ’71, MA’73 has recently retired as the multi-year coordinator of the Bellingham Human Rights Film Festival, a ten-day annual festival of films and discussions about a wide variety of human rights issues. Audience Awards website has called the festival one of nine “Film Festivals That Are Making A Difference” in the U.S.
