Colonel Paul Olsen Earns Doctorate from Old Dominion University

Following a distinguished 27-year military career that began with University of Wisconsin–Madison ROTC in 1989, Paul Olsen ’89 continued his service as a university leader at Old Dominion University. Building on a career of leadership in public service, he successfully defended his dissertation on Multi-Sector Partnerships and earned his PhD in public administration and policy in April 2022.
