Mark Mirsberger Named 2018 Business Person of the Year by Elmbrook Rotary
Mark Mirsberger, CEO of Dana Investment Advisors, is the recipient of Elmbrook Rotary Club’s Business Person of the Year Award. The program recognizes the leadership and accomplishments of a successful Brookfield or Elm Grove individual.
Mirsberger became CEO of Dana Investment Advisors in 2004. Under Mirsberger’s guidance, the company has grown significantly, and the size of the staff has doubled to 43 employees today. The firm has been recognized by Pensions & Investments magazine as one of the “Best Places to Work in Money Management” for companies with 50 employees or less, and for the last six years with 3 of the awards for 1st place.
In an effort to give back to the community and industry, Mirsberger encourages his employees to pursue their passions in philanthropic and/or service projects that an employee is interested in, or by assisting with paying for advanced degrees and certificates for employees. Additionally, Mirsberger created a recurring internship opportunity for students from local universities working on degrees in finance and investment to work alongside Dana’s seasoned investment professionals to learn and be exposed to real life scenarios.
