Kris Carey appointed CHRO of Compeer Financial: K. Kristann Carey
Kris Carey ’92 has joined Compeer Financial as chief human resources officer. In her role, Carey will lead all aspects of Compeer’s human resources function, including talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and organizational culture. She will also provide leadership to shape and advance the organization’s talent strategy, designed to enable business transformation and long-term talent sustainability. Carey brings more than 25 years of experience to Compeer, spanning human resources, compliance, risk management and legal functions. Carey most recently served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Constellation Brands, leading a global team of human resources professionals. During her tenure at Constellation, she also held several other leadership positions, including chief diversity officer, chief compliance officer and division general counsel. Previously, Carey served in a senior counsel role at McDonald’s Corporation, where she supported global supply chain product safety and international regulatory compliance for branded consumer goods.
