James Gilmore Joins the Institute for Defense Analyses

ALEXANDRIA, VA (October 2018) – University of Wisconsin-Madison alumnus, James Gilmore joined the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) as a Research Staff Member in IDA’s System Evaluation Division.
James earned his doctorate degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980. In 1976, he earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
IDA is a not-for-profit corporation that operates three Federally Funded Research and Development Centers in the public interest. IDA provides objective analyses of national security issues and related national challenges, particularly those requiring extraordinary scientific and technical expertise.
