The Buckingham Club of Chicago Annual Cocktail Party

You’re invited to the annual cocktail party of the Buckingham Club of Chicago! Strengthen your UW network in the Chicago area, meet UW innovators on the leading edge of transformative Alzheimer’s research, and socialize with Badger athletics leaders. Enjoy a spirited evening at a Badger-owned business in the North Shore, where we’ll boost important UW–Madison philanthropic causes, including the UW Initiative to End Alzheimer’s Research Fund and the Badger Fund in support of UW athletics.

  • Sanjay Asthana — Duncan G. and Lottie H. Ballantine Professor in Geriatrics, director of the National Institute of Aging and the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, associate dean for gerontology at the UW–Madison School of Medicine and Public Health

Ticket Pricing

The tax-deductible portion of your purchase will be split between the UW Initiative to End Alzheimer’s Research Fund and the Badger Fund. The ticket price is $200 per person or:

  • Bucky-level sponsorship: $500 (This sponsorship level includes tickets for two attendees to the Buckingham Club Cocktail Party, and $100 is tax deductible.)
  • Terrace-level sponsorship: $1,000 (This sponsorship level includes tickets for four attendees to the Buckingham Club Cocktail Party, and $200 is tax deductible.)
  • Varsity-level sponsorship: $2,500 (This sponsorship level includes tickets for six attendees to the Buckingham Club Cocktail Party, and $1,300 is tax deductible.)
  • Buckingham-level sponsorship: $5,000 (This sponsorship level includes prominent digital display of your logo or name and tickets for 10 attendees to the Buckingham Club Cocktail Party, and $3,000 is tax deductible.)

Guests may park along Sheridan Road or behind the building on Bank Lane. Half a block south on Sheridan Road, there is a large public lot. Guests may also use the Highwood Metra lot after 5 p.m.
