Logan Reigstad ’17 Elected to Fitchburg City Council

On April 1, Logan Reigstad ’17 was elected to the Fitchburg (Wisconsin) Common Council. After graduating from the UW, he spent the better part of a decade working as a journalist in newsrooms covering five states. He moved to Fitchburg in 2022 and began to find ways to serve the community, starting on his condo board and later being appointed to the city’s Transportation and Transit Commission. In addition to his role on the council, Logan also works as a communications specialist at UW–Madison.
