….. of New London, Wisconsin founded Test of Time Horology, LLC in 2013. As a Horologist he repairs and restores period clocks and timepieces. He also creates one-of-a-kind pieces for customers.
Recently, Franke appeared on the cover and authored several articles for the HOROLOGICAL TIMES, a technical journal published by the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institution (AWCI). An image of one of his custom made works decorates the exterior of the AWCI’s Mobile Classroom vehicle.
