Michael Pflughoeft Receives Public Relations Society of America Lifetime Achievement Award

Michael A. Pflughoeft ’84, APR, Fellow PRSA, received the 2023 Dorothy Thomas Black Award from the Public Relations Society of America’s SE Wisconsin Chapter. The award recognizes sustained, superior performance in public relations, typically rewarding the lifetime achievement of a public relations professional. He is currently a director at Milwaukee-based agency BVK and has worked with some of the highest profile organizations in Wisconsin and beyond, including Harley-Davidson, Steelcase, Aurora HealthCare, Pabst, Herman Miller, The Marcus Corporation and Doral Dental/DentaQuest. He is a two-time president of the chapter and was inducted into the PRSA College of Fellows in 2015.
