Kevin Ruppert ’77 promoted to Chief Engineer of WISC-TV, Madison WI

Kevin Ruppert, ’77, has been promoted to Chief Engineer of WISC- TV (Madison WI) effective 1/1/18.
Kevin majored in Communications Arts and has been working in radio and television since graduation. He started with WISC-TV in 1979 as a Studio Engineer and was previously Engineering Maintenance Supervisor. Kevin is certified by the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE)and was elected Chairman of the Madison Chapter of SBE in 1999, and has served in various leadership capacities ever since.
