KEN TOWERS HAS RETIRED IN CALIFORNIA

Ken Towers (BBA January ’71) retired Nov. 15th, 2017, after 42.5 years as a Financial Advisor. After graduating from UW he served four years as an officer in the US Navy, based in the San Francisco area, following Navy ROTC at UW. In 1975 he joined Dean Witter in Berkeley, CA, and then joined Merrill Lynch in Berkeley in 1980, where he spent the next 28 years. After Bank of America merged with Merrill Lynch, he left and joined UBS Financial Services in Walnut Creek, CA, where he spent the last nine years. After retiring, he plans to play more golf, and travel with his wife Barbara. Ken has spent many years volunteering with the YMCA and Boy Scouts, and has been a member of Lions International for over 40 years.
