Former Badger Athlete Inducted to the De La Salle HS Hall of Fame: Alexis R. Beecham

Alexis Beecham, class of 2010, along with 2 of her teammates from their 2005 4×100 relay team, received the DeLaSalle High School (Minneapolis, MN) Roberts-Reinhart Award. This Hall of Fame award honors those recipients who have earned special recognition in the area of athletics. It recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves by demonstrating exceptional leadership, character, and achievements during their time at DeLaSalle. The values learned by their participation have continued to be exemplified in their daily lives and have significantly contributed to the success of the school’s athletic history. This team won the state meet in that event (Class A). Alexis was a student-athlete in Track and Field during her four years at UW-Madison. She is a middle-school teacher in Dallas, TX and holds a MS in Sports Administration.
