Sarah Anderson Helps Teams Build AI Fluency through VILAS

Sarah Anderson ’99 cofounded VILAS, a Minneapolis-based AI training and education company that provides in-person and virtual workshops focused on building generative AI fluency with tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. The company’s proprietary Vilas Prompting Framework is used to teach professionals how to structure prompts, think critically with AI, and integrate these tools into day-to-day work. VILAS works with organizations seeking to establish internal standards and develop practical skills for responsible AI use across teams.
