Libby Pier Honored with Chief of Staff Impact Award
Libby Pier PhD’17, chief of staff at Madison-based Education Analytics (EA), has been awarded the Chief of Staff Impact Award by the Advantage Foundry Network, recognizing her outstanding impact and strategic leadership. This award celebrates exceptional chief of staff professionals who have demonstrated excellence in three important aspects of the role: balancing time and priorities, cultivating and navigating powerful relationships, and carrying the vision of the leadership team.
Pier joined EA in 2017 as a data strategist, became research manager in 2018, and EA’s inaugural chief of staff in 2022. In her more than two years in the position, she has significantly improved EA’s operational efficiency. She is known for her exceptional communication and collaboration skills. As a trusted leader, she navigates complex challenges across all levels of the organization and is often sought out as a mentor and thought partner.
Pier received her bachelor of science degree from Northwestern University, her master’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, and her PhD from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
