UW Graduate Releases Video Lecture Set with The Teaching Company’s Great Courses series: James Pfrehm
- Apr. 09, 2020
As an alumnus (2007, PhD, Germanics) and forever Badger fan, I read each issue of OnWisconsin with pleasure and bittersweet nostalgia of my four amazing years in Madison. I am now an Associate Professor of German and Linguistics at Ithaca College, and thought I might share with you a recent professional achievement that never would have been possible if not for my incredible education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Recently, The Teaching company–one of the largest providers of high-end educational content–published my video lectures set “Learning German: A journey through language and culture” within their Great Courses series: https://www.thegreatcourses.com/courses/learning-german-a-journey-through-language-and-culture.html
