Huzzard Data Systems Acquired by Click Theory Capital
Gary Jahnke EMBA’11, founder and president of Huzzard Data Systems, shares that Huzzard Data was acquired in January by Click Theory Capital. Jahnke started Huzzard Data while part of the 2009–11 Wisconsin School of Business (WSB) executive MBA cohort. His experiences with fellow entrepreneurs and WSB professors were especially impactful in the formation of the company and its success.
Huzzard Data has become known for its national footprint of custom-configured data collection hardware for the fitness industry and for the creation, deployment, and support of elegant solutions, including: on-demand labeling systems, patented door access control systems, and cloud-based retail inventory management software.
Going forward, Jahnke looks forward to helping advance the success of other start-ups by supporting gener8tor — the UW–Madison rooted accelerator.
