Husch Blackwell Appoints Jack Enea Managing Partner of Milwaukee Office

Jack A. Enea, B.A., University of Wisconsin (1985), was appointed managing partner of Husch Blackwell’s Milwaukee office. He is a member of the firm’s Financial Services industry group and works frequently with closely-held companies and their owners in all facets of business law. His clients span various industries, including medical practices, retailers, franchisees, financial institutions, real estate developers, suppliers, distributors, foundries, toll companies, transportation companies, software firms, and manufacturing. He also works with private equity firms and serves as legal counsel in the acquisition and sale of businesses and business assets.
