Badger Corps

Badger Corps is a community of UW–Madison students, alumni, faculty, staff, and supporters united by a shared desire to serve military-connected Badgers on campus. Founded in 2026, Badger Corps is committed to strengthening community, supporting students, and honoring the university’s proud military heritage.

Why Join Badger Corps?

Membership is open to anyone passionate about serving military-connected Badgers, whether or not they have served in the military or attended UW–Madison. When you join, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to and engage in our four lines of effort, wherever you’d like to focus your time, talent, and/or treasure:

  • Contribute additional financial support to military-connected Badgers (connecting to the future).
  • Research and share the UW’s proud military heritage and traditions (connecting to the past).
  • Host, support, and publicize activities for military-connected Badgers (connecting to each other).
  • Advocate for university policies that support these efforts (connecting it all).

What Members Can Expect

Badger Corps offers:

  • A welcoming community rooted in a shared mission and esprit de corps.
  • Events and networking with fellow Badgers and military-connected communities.
  • Updates on campus programs and military-related efforts.
  • Support for the university by giving and volunteering, i.e., a chance to continue to serve.
