Big Apple Big Ten ... and the Brooklyn Nets!
Join your fellow Big Apple Big Ten alumni for a fun afternoon with the Brooklyn Nets! The Nets will face the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday, March 2, at 3 p.m. in the final Kids Game of the season. The first 5,000 kids will receive a special gift. No Nets gear? No problem – wear your Badger red so that you can connect with other Badgers. Please purchase tickets here. Day of the Badger — April 16–17
Day of the Badger is almost here! On April 16 and 17, join us as we celebrate our connection to UW–Madison and raise funds for the WAA: Big Apple Badgers Chapter Scholarship Fund.
Every gift to a Wisconsin Alumni Association affinity group’s scholarship fund will be matched dollar for dollar — up to $3,000 per group — thanks to the George and Dorothy Pellegrin Wisconsin Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment Fund. Scholarships are our way of ensuring that a world-class university education remains accessible to everyone — especially promising students right here in our own community. What better way to celebrate your Badger spirit than by doubling your impact on current and future Badgers? On, Wisconsin!

March Madness Is Almost Here!
The Big Apple Badgers are proud to have not one but TWO awesome New York City bars to host important alumni gatherings, including game-watch events! Put on all of your finest cardinal and white and meet us out at The Grayson (our Lower East Side destination) or at Dorrian’s (our Uptown venue).
Both Badger Bars will play your favorite UW game-time songs – including "Varsity," of course – and offer Wisconsin food and drink specials. And don’t forget that by patronizing our official NYC Badger Bars for game watches and game-day specials, you are giving back and supporting our amazing WEASF scholarship program!
Wisconsin Eastern Alumni Scholarship Fund
The Wisconsin Eastern Alumni Scholarship Fund (WEASF) was established more than 50 years ago. True to its roots, the WEASF remains committed to bringing the Wisconsin Experience to talented yet underrepresented students from New York City. This critical scholarship supports a diverse exchange of backgrounds and ideas, and we’re so proud of the difference it has made and continues to make in the lives of alumni and both current and future students.
