The Fox Valley Chapter of the Wisconsin Alumni Association invite you to a reception to honor Jon Stellmacher as our 2025 Badger of the Year.
Jon is a 1978 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with Bachelor of Business Administration – Actuarial Science; Risk & Insurance. Over the years, the Appleton resident has served on boards for numerous foundations and nonprofit organizations, utilizing his experience in business to provide inspiration and leadership while giving back to the community. Jon’s volunteer activities have made a lasting and significant contribution to our community. He has brought the Wisconsin Idea to life in the Fox Cities.
Some of the notable organizations that have benefited from Jon’s passion for service include the Community Foundation, Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley, Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Lutheran Social Services, ThedaCare, United Way and the YMCA of the Fox Cities.
Jon’s most recent engagement has been the co-chair of the capital campaign for the new First 5 Fox Valley Family Resource Center, now being built in the former Trout museum. We are excited that the Family Response Center is joining us in honoring Jon by hosting our celebration at their new facility.
