There are no magic pills to help you grow old gracefully, but there is scientific research that can help. The Healthy Aging Series lectures highlight the work and expertise of UW–Madison faculty, staff, and researchers to give you insights into living a healthy life as you grow older. Learn how to live your best life — not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and financially.
Lectures are free and open to the public. They are held at 7 p.m. at Capitol Lakes Retirement Community, 333 W. Main Street in Madison.
Free parking is available in the ramp across the street from the building’s main entrance. You will need to pull a parking ticket and take it to the lecture with you. Capitol Lakes staff will validate it for you before you leave.
