Mile High Student Send-Off Celebration
In August 2023, we celebrated 20 of the newest Badgers from the Mile High area at our annual Student Send-Off event! The students immediately gravitated to one another, making great connections before traveling to Madison. Parents mingled with other parents and alumni as they prepared to send students off to college.
Here’s to Brew: The Past, Present, and Future of Brewing Beer with Dr. Robin Shepard
At our Founders’ Day celebration in May 2023, the UW’s Robin Shepard gave a great talk about Wisconsin and craft brewing history, all while we enjoyed some Grandma's House brews. Guests donated $515 to our chapter scholarship program, and everyone got a Spotted Cow parting gift thanks to Dr. Shepard!
Day of the Badger Happy Hour
In March 2023, we celebrated Day of the Badger with a happy hour event at Wally’s Wisconsin Tavern. A great group of Badgers had fun meeting new people, sharing UW memories, and cheering for the Badger men’s basketball team (even though the game’s outcome wasn’t what we hoped for).
Denver Christkindlmarket Social
In December 2022, a group of Mile High Badgers gathered at Denver’s Christkindlmarket to enjoy both holiday and Badger cheer.
