A conversation about the science, culture, and economics of beer
Discover how the Wisconsin Idea is alive and well in an unexpected area: beer. Three industry experts will discuss how the rise of small, locally owned craft breweries have had a positive effect on the state’s economy. The panel includes Titletown Brewing Company brewmaster David Oldenburg; UW–Madison associate professor and author of books about beer Robin Shepard PhD’93; and brewing expert and UW–Madison lecturer Hans Zoerb ’70, PhD’83.
