Food Quality and Safety
Professor Sundaram Gunasekaran — director of CALS Global and professor in the Departments of Biological Systems Engineering, Food Science, and Materials Science and Engineering.
Nanotechnology has ushered in innovations in many areas of science and engineering. In this talk, Professor Gunasekaran will discuss food safety issues, how to mitigate them, and the impact of nanotechnology on food and agriculture — with an emphasis on nanobiosensing applications for ensuring food safety.
Join us for a live UW class lecture right here in Pakistan and relive the academic life you spent back in Madison. The short lecture will follow tea, coffee, and snacks as well as an opportunity to get to know other alumni living in Pakistan.
