About the speaker
McGrath is a licensed psychologist providing mind- and body-wellness services at the UW’s University Health Services. He is an expert in health psychology, positive psychology, authentic happiness, mind and body wellness, and stress management.
This event is free and open to the public, but registration by April 25 is strongly recommended!
Free parking is available in the ramp across the street from the building’s main entrance. You will need to pull a parking ticket and take it to the lecture, where Capitol Lakes staff will validate it for you before you leave.
