Lifetime Achievement Award

What: This award recognizes chapter leaders who have served in a role or multiple roles with a chapter or several chapters for many years.

Who: Chapters will be responsible for awarding volunteers based on the criteria outlined below

Process

Chapters will submit names of volunteers who meet the criteria outlined below to WAA. WAA will send a certificate to the Chapter and allow for the chapter to recognize the volunteer during events or a private ceremony. Recipients of the award will be entered in ABE.

Criteria

  • Volunteer is retiring
  • Volunteer has served for an extended period of time (10+ yrs.)
  • Alumni has performed well in his/her role(s) with the chapter

Timeline

Lifetime Achievement nominees must be submitted on the chapter’s annual Founders’ Day event request form.
