UW-Madison Alumnus Launches New Yogurt Company: Michael Hull
- Aug. 23, 2017
Co-Founder Michael Hull ’91 launched start-up Yodelay Yogurt, introducing a line of artisan Swiss-style yogurts “made in Wisconsin.” Yodelay Yogurt has been rapidly spreading to dozens of stores in South-central Wisconsin and quickly making its way into the Milwaukee and Chicago markets since the start of production in spring of this year. If early feedback from customers is any indication, Yodelay hasn’t just created a new brand of yogurt, it has created a whole new style of yogurt. Yodelay Yogurt comes in seven reduced-fat flavors: blueberry, peach-raspberry, pineapple, raspberry, rhubarb, strawberry and tart cherry.
