UW Alumnus Luis Arroyo Promoted to Firm Partnership

Luis Arroyo, class of 1998, has been promoted to partner at Michael Best & Friedrich. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Group representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters, particularly in the areas of employee defection and recruitment. Arroyo is experienced with litigating injunction and damage actions relating to non-compete covenants, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, unfair competition, trade secrets, duty of loyalty, the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act, and state trade secrets and unfair-competition statutes.
