FGM Architects Appoints Rajan Sheth (Class of 1972) to its Board of Directors

FGM Architects Inc., a design firm with offices in the Midwest and Texas, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajan Sheth to its Board of Directors. Sheth is one of the employee-owned firm’s first external board members.

Rajan Sheth is the chairman of the board and former CEO of Mead & Hunt, a national engineering and architecture firm. During Mr. Sheth’s 24-year tenure as CEO (1994-2018), Mead & Hunt grew from a local Wisconsin company to a national firm with offices in 20 states. During this same period, annual revenue grew from $10M to $140M. Mr. Sheth currently serves as a Trustee for the American Council of Engineering Companies Retirement Trust, the College of Engineering at the University of Virginia, and on the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin College of Engineering. He also serves as a director on the board of several other private companies.

FGM Architects celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2020 and specializes in projects that enhance the environments where people live, learn, worship, work, play and gather. These include schools (PK-12 and higher education); police and fire stations; 911 and emergency operations facilities; recreation centers; city and town halls; and faith-based facilities. FGM Architects serves communities from offices in Chicago, Oak Brook and O’Fallon (IL); St. Louis (MO); Austin (TX); and Milwaukee (WI).
