Marci Kawski, Husch Blackwell Attorney, Named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under Hot List
Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Marci Kawski has been honored by Benchmark Litigation, a leading legal directory devoted solely to litigation, with inclusion in its 2019 Benchmark 40 & Under Hot List. Kawski is the only Wisconsin-based attorney to be recognized.
Kawski is a newcomer to the Benchmark 40 & Under Hot List. Based in Madison, Kawski represents banks, credit unions, and other lenders when faced with regulatory issues and consumer finance litigation. Benchmark noted her recent work in federal and state courts, including a victory at the Wisconsin Supreme Court involving a case that probed the scope of the Wisconsin Consumer Act and that will likely have far-reaching implications for the state’s creditor community.
