Julie R. Bryan is a business litigator, mediator and counselor with experience representing clients in a variety of disputes in areas ranging from probate disputes, construction, employment protection, business torts, trademark and trade dress infringement, patent infringement, manufacturing contracts, government contracts, bankruptcy creditors’ rights, real estate, as well as insurance and reinsurance. She regularly advises clients regarding their intellectual property rights, employer/employee rights, potential liability with regard to claims from competitors or creditors, compliance issues, ethics, governance issues and obligations under a variety of contracts in numerous industries. Julie also has experience conducting internal investigations in schools and companies with regard to sexual harassment claims, Title IX compliance, and a variety of workplace disputes.
Julie is also a skilled trial attorney with experience in both state and federal courts, representing clients from the initiation of a case through trial and appeal. Julie is a trained mediator and has extensive experience with alternative methods of dispute resolution. Julie’s experience includes representing clients in the following industries: real estate, retail, manufacturing, cryptocurrency, pharmaceuticals, construction, health care, technology and insurance, among others.
