Marc S. Williams ’77, MD’81 was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Medical Informatics. The American College of Medical Informatics is a college of elected fellows who have made significant and sustained contributions to the field of biomedical informatics. “I study the application of informatics to realize the promise of genomic medicine. It is a testament to the intellectual preparation provided by the University of Wisconsin that I have been able to be successful in fields that did not exist outside of a few centers at the time I was enrolled.”
