Communication Arts graduate making an impact in the Tech Industry: Joseph Williams

Joseph Williams MA’78 has been appointed by Governor Jay Inslee as his ICT industry policy advisor and as the Director of Economic Development for the State of Washington’s tech industry. Dr. Williams was previously the Dean of the School of Business, Government, and Economics at Seattle Pacific University.
