2011 Graduate Knows His Roots: Ben Weight

Ben Weight, 2011 Graduate from UW-Madison, is now the head of Operations for Superior Fresh, an aquaponics facility. Superior Fresh is located in Wisconsin and grows local, organic, fresh leafy greens 365 days per year. Superior Fresh is also partnering with UW-Madison Foodservice operations to use our leafy greens on campus starting in March!
