Kirsten Schuder, BA’91 has won The Medical Cannabis Award as the Best Grower/Consultancy in the Mid-Atlantic U.S. for “Farming Industrial Hemp Not Your Daddy’s Tobacco”
Three months after the publication of Kirsten’s book, co-authored with Dr. John O’Connor, Ph. D. and Shawn Valor, the authors were granted an award from the Global Health and Pharma organization in Great Britain. This marks Kirsten’s first book publication as well as a first award as a writer and second award as editor. Kirsten’s first editing project, Be a Hero: Anita’s Piano, was a finalist for the 2015 Montaigne Award.
