India Pungarcher Graduates from Vanderbilt’s MPH Program

India Lynn Pungarcher ’16 received her master’s degree in public health from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in health policy on May 15, 2021. For her thesis, she investigated caseworker status among people experiencing homelessness in Nashville, Tennessee, and she completed her practicum with Open Table, a community organization geared toward reducing poverty and displacement. Pungarcher will be staying in Nashville to continue working with Open Table as a street outreach and housing navigator, and serving as the cochair of NOAH’s Affordable Housing Task Force.
