Francis J. Balash Passes Away

On January 29 2025, Francis J. Balash passed away in Katy, Texas. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1953. His degree in engineering led to a life covering many positions. Having lost his wife, Ruth, in 2002, he spent the remaining years with his eight children, eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Services with be held in Katy, on Monday, February 17.
