Emerging Health LLC Names Dr. Omar Robles as Managing Partner
Emerging Health LLC is pleased to announce that Omar Robles, PhD, MBA, has joined the firm as managing partner. “Dr. Robles brings a wealth of knowledge as an expert economist with many years of experience consulting for law firms on matters concerning intellectual property, antitrust claims and commercial damages,” said Brenda Rodriguez, Partner & Founder of Emerging Health LLC.
Dr. Robles has consulted on dozens of commercial litigations, with extensive experience in prescription pharmaceuticals, medical devices, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. His engagements have concerned matters litigated in US District Courts, State Courts, Canadian courts, Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, and Arbitration.

Dr. Robles is also a Lecturer at the University of California-Berkeley School of Public Health regarding regulatory science and drug development. Before joining Emerging Health LLC, Dr. Robles was a consulting expert at NERA Economic Consulting and Charles River Associates. He has previously taught economics at Harvard University, Georgetown University, and the University of Maryland.
