Charles “Chick” Lowe, UW 4-year letter winner and 1949 baseball captain, passed away
Charles “Chick” Lowe passed away November 21, 2018. He was a POW and a 4-year letter winner in baseball for the UW and was captain in 1949. He is in several city and state hall of fames. The UW should know that they lost a “good one.”
