Amy Tills Named Vice President of Human Resources – Global at SPX Cooling Technologies
SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc., a full-line, full-service industry leader in the design and manufacture of cooling towers and other specialized heat exchangers, has named Amy Tills Vice President, Human Resources, Global Cooling. Tills will lead all employee initiatives for the company worldwide.
With more than 15 years of experience supporting global organizations as a human resources leader, Tills’s extensive experience will support SPX in developing and executing HR strategies, including talent and organizational development, process optimization, compensation, labor relations, HRIS, and mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Amy was Senior Human Resources Director at Honeywell, Kansas City. Previously, she spent nine years with Amcor in leadership roles supporting the global growth of the packaging manufacturer. Prior to that, Amy worked in the automotive industry.
“Amy has established a reputation for building collaborative partnerships with the leaders and teams she supports,” said Ankush Kumar, SPX Cooling President – HVAC and Randy Powell, SPX Cooling President – Process Cooling, in a joint statement. “Her experiences partnering with business leaders will enable her to bring immediate value to SPX, driving the strategies, culture and organizational programs necessary to deliver on growth and continuous improvement.”
Tills holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
