Board of Directors

The Wisconsin Alumni Association is governed by a board of directors, which comprises officers and directors. The board is assisted by various committees.

Voting members of the board of directors consist of the executive officers and directors-at-large.

Ex-officio, non-voting board members include a representative of the Chancellor's Office, the president and chair of the UW Foundation, the WAA president and CEO, and the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board president.
