WASB Alumni Connections

Alumni Connections is the WASB team charged with accomplishing our mission of linking students past and present. We set out to achieve this through a variety of exciting programming that helps reconnect alumni with the University and its students.

Our newest program, Experience Milwaukee, offers students the opportunity to travel to downtown Milwaukee in order to visit with executive level Wisconsin alumni at their places of business. Dinners On Wisconsin! is a biannual event that invites alumni in the Dane County area to open their homes for one evening to 10-12 current undergraduates for a night of conversation about their experiences in the professional world over a meal. Aside from offering career advice, Alumni Connections has also reached out to alumni to share their expertise in financial affairs through participating in our Financial Independence program. Financial Independence presents students the opportunity to gain free and unbiased financial advice from UW alumni and professors.

We feel that all three of our programs are unique from other services offered around the university, which makes us very excited to give students the best possible resources to draw from as they prepare themselves for life as a Badger after graduation.
