Hotel Reservations

Make a reservation using VisitMadison.com

Reservation Help

1. Go to VisitMadison.com's reservation site

2. In the display fields, select your arrival and departure dates; all hotels with availability will be displayed. Select a property by clicking on “Find Room.”

3. Select the room type(s) needed and click “OK”. You will be able to select multiple room types on the same reservation if rooms are available. When finished adding rooms, click “Next.”

4. Add the guest name(s) to the room(s) by clicking on the person icon, located on the right hand side of your screen. You can also enter in any special requests at this time (non-smoking, rollaway bed, etc.) by clicking on the note icon. When finished, click “Next.”

5. Enter in the contact information requested. When finished, click “Next.”

6. You will next be asked for a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. When finished, click “Next.”

7. Review your reservation and acknowledge the room reservation agreement by clicking the box provided. If everything is correct, click “Submit.”

8. Print out copy of acknowledgement for your records. You will receive confirmation via e-mail from Meeting Max once the reservation has been processed by the hotel (may take up to 72 hours).

9. To change or cancel your reservation(s) you must log on to the Meeting Max housing system via the link in your confirmation e-mail. If you misplaced your confirmation or need assistance, contact the GMCVB at 1.800.373.6376 x3957. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

Need to Cancel or Change Your Reservation?

Please do not contact the hotel directly. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please click on the link sent to you in your Meeting Max confirmation email. If you need your confirmation resent, you can contact the GMCVB at 1.800.373.6376 x3957.
