Librarian to the Rescue!

Librarian Jaime Stoltenberg
Librarian Jaime Stoltenberg is digitizing a rare collection of 1930s aerial photos of Wisconsin. Taken by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to estimate crop acreage, the comprehensive survey yielded 35,000 contact prints that are now stored at the Arthur H. Robinson Map Library in Science Hall. When the three-year project is complete, the collection will be available online for people anywhere in the world.
