Campus Celebrates Opening of Student Services Tower

A new hub for students has opened on University Avenue. The tower will house Health Services, a new student activity center, and the offices of the Registrar, Bursar and Financial Aid, and other student services.

Learn how German-speaking immigrants and their descendants have both shaped the North American environment and have been shaped by it. From February 16 to March 23, you’ll get interesting insights online from UW’s Max Kade Institute, this year celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Trace the path of the great conquerors along the legendary Silk Road, stopping in the oases of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. Admire the remnants of their riches in the mosaics of blue and green tiles that cover the domes, minarets and arched entryways to the mosques.
