Piano Pioneers Brings Music to Madison
Madison area children and adults who can’t afford the full cost of piano lessons can learn from UW graduate students, thanks to Piano Pioneers, a School of Music community outreach program. Johnson Named 2010 Olympic Coach
Mark Johnson ’94 has been named the head coach of the 2010 U.S. Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team. A long-time veteran of the U.S. program as both a player and coach, Johnson is currently in his seventh season as the head coach of the UW women’s hockey team. His .802 winning percentage coming into the current season is tops among active coaches in NCAA Division I.
